We may charge a minimal platform fee to support secure payments, quality checks, and our logistics network. This will always be displayed clearly at checkout.
3. Is the platform fee refundable?
Yes. If your order is canceled before shipping or returned in line with our return policy, the platform fee will also be refunded.

12. What if I receive a damaged or incomplete order?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing-item package, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery through our Help & Support section. Kindly share photos of the package, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
